Tell MPs to get serious about conditions for private renters

One in three homes in the private rented sector fail the Decent Homes Standard. And recent data has shown that too many landlords are able to continue renting out homes with dangerous and unhealthy conditions.

But this year's Housing Bill gives us an opportunity to make the government bring in changes that willl support renters and help to drive the worst landlords out of the sector. Please write to your MP, asking them to support a package of measures to drive up standards.
